As a person who has experienced domestic violence myself in the past, I know all too well after being the victim of it you often feel broken, ashamed for putting up with it, trapped and hopeless.

My piece is a message to anybody out there who has or is currently experiencing this horrible abuse that you CAN make it through the other side; you will be reborn.
